Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible: If you’re going to learn more about whisky, you might as well start with the guru. Some of Jim’s tasting notes are a little brief, and some folks have questioned his independence, but if you’re tasting over 4,500 whiskies I guess you can forgive the guy for glossing over a few of them.
